Measure NowPrivacy Policy
- Measure Now does not need an account.
- Your measurements and photos are stored on your iPhone.
- We do not use third-party advertising, analytics or tracking tools in the app.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
Measure Now (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is published by MSM Solutions, Surat, India. You can reach us at support@measurenow.app.
2. What the app uses, and why

3. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information through the app. We have no user accounts and no servers that receive your measurements, photos or location.
Measurements, saved projects, photos, calibration values and settings stay on your device. They are removed when you delete the app, and they may be included in your own device backups (for example iCloud Backup) under your Apple account settings.
If you contact us
If you email us or use a feedback link, we receive the information you send, such as your email address and message. We use it only to reply and to improve the app, and we keep it for as long as needed for that purpose.
Website
This website does not use cookies or analytics.
4. Information we do not do
- We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
- We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
- We do not build advertising profiles.
- We do not use third-party SDKs in the app.
5. Apple and payments
If you buy Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may share limited purchase information (such as whether Pro is active) with the app so it can unlock features. Apple’s own privacy policy governs what Apple collects: apple.com/legal/privacy.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email support@measurenow.app and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Because we do not hold your measurements or photos, most data rights are exercised directly on your device: you can delete projects and photos inside the app and Photos, and delete the app to remove its data. For information we hold about you (for example, an email you sent us), you can ask us to access, correct or delete it at support@measurenow.app.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Residents of California, the EU, the UK and other regions may have additional rights; we will honour valid requests under applicable law. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
8. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Where the GDPR applies, we process the limited information we receive (such as support emails) on the basis of our legitimate interests in supporting users and improving the app, or your consent where you give it. Device permissions (camera, location, photos) are based on your consent and you can withdraw it any time in iOS Settings.
9. Security
Because data stays on your device, it is protected by your device’s security (passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, encryption). We cannot guarantee absolute security of any device or transmission.
10. International transfers
We do not transfer your app data, because we do not receive it. If you email us, your message may be processed in India.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make a significant change, we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
